In congruence with WCI's four pillars, the WCI analyst experience endeavors to provide the best of Investing, Education, Professional Development, and Philanthropy. You Can Expect

Education Sessions
  • New Member Education: Carefully crafted curriculum for strong foundations in finance

  • Weekly Office Hours: Additional support available weekly

  • Interactive Applications: Content covered in education sessions are applied in hands-on activities

Investment Pitches
  • Buy Pitches: Identify a company/security, conduct relevant research and valuation, and present to the club as a potential portfolio addition

  • Anti-Pitches: Pitch against another team by determining and digging into potential risks and oversights

Professional Development
  • 1-on-1 Mentorship: Tailored resume feedback, mock interviews, recruiting insight, etc. 

  • Workshops: Bloomberg/Factset, Excel, resumes, cover letters, networking, etc.

  • Speaker Events: Hear from industry professionals

  • Professional Checkpoints: Stay on track with recruiting updates

Philanthropy 

The Philanthropy Committee plans community service events and controls portfolio donations to selected charitable organizations. Participation in the Philanthropy Committee is open to all WCI members.

Sustainability

​The Sustainability Committee is responsible for assessing the Environmental, Social, and Governance ratings of new investments. Participation in the Sustainability Committee is open to all WCI members.
