Jayden Ramos
Co-President
Jayden is a Junior from Boston, Massachusetts studying Business. He is currently serving as President of WCI, and was previously Vice President of Sophomore Education. During his sophomore summer, Jayden interned at RF Partners as a Private Equity & Private Credit Summer Analyst. This past summer, he joined KKR in their Private Equity & Infrastructure Co-Investments group in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, tennis, billiards, and reading.
Katherine Huang
Co-President
Katherine is a Junior from the Bay Area in California, studying Cognitive Science. This past summer, she interned in New York as a FICC & Equities Summer Analyst for Goldman Sachs. On campus, she is involved with the Michigan Fashion Media Summit. Outside of WCI, she enjoys figure skating, poker, reading, and watching films.
Ben Krittman
Vice President of Professional Development
Ben is a BBA Junior from Long Island, NY. This past summer, he interned at Blue Origin, working as an FP&A and Business Intelligence Intern. In the summer of 2027, he will intern at Rothschild & Co as an investment banking analyst. On campus, he is also involved in Alternative Investments Club, MECC Consulting Group, and enjoys NY Yankees baseball, working out, and traveling.
Kierra Wang
Co-Vice President of Sophomore Education
Kierra is a BBA Junior and Computer Science + Mathematics dual-minor from California. This past summer, she worked at Oaktree Capital Management as a private equity analyst. In the summer of 2027, she will join PJT Partners in the Strategic Advisory group as an Investment Banking summer analyst. On campus, Kierra is also involved in AKPsi and Michigan PEVC. Outside of WCI, she enjoys playing the piano, reading horror novels, and recreational ice skating.
Phu Le
Co-Vice President of Sophomore Education
Phu is a Junior from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, studying Business and Information Science. This past summer, he worked at Fubon Financial as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst. In the summer of 2027, he will be interning at Citi in their Corporate Banking Division in New York. On campus, Phu is also involved with UpRound Venture as VP of Fund. Outside of WCI, he enjoys playing chess, piano, golf, and folding origami.
Erica Qin
Vice President of Recruitment
Erica is a Junior from Washington DC, studying Business with minors in Math and Data Science. This past summer, she worked in private equity at Ecosystem Investment Partners. In the summer of 2027, she will be joining Citi as a Corporate Banking Summer Analyst. On campus, she is also involved in MEG Consulting and Chinese Students Association. Outside of WCI, she enjoys volleyball, watching TV, and collecting albums.
Alexander Bank
Co-Vice President of Freshman Education
Alex is a BBA Junior from New York City. This past summer, he interned at Hook Mill Capital Partners, a consumer & retail focused hedge fund. In the summer of 2027, he will join Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Analyst. On campus, Alex is involved with TAMID, Banking at Michigan, and Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity. Outside of WCI, he enjoys weightlifting, reading, NCAA basketball, and golf.
Charlie Taft
Co-Vice President of Freshman Education
Charlie is a Sophomore from Boston, studying Business and Political Science. This past summer, he interned in private equity at Covalent Growth Partners and supported deal work at Granville Peak. On campus, he is involved with Michigan Stocks and Bonds Organization, the Impact Investing Group, and Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Outside of WCI, he enjoys following Boston sports, spending time outside with his dogs, and hanging out with friends.
Max Kapoor
Vice President of Internal Relations
Max is a Sophomore from New York City, studying Business. This past summer, he interned at VB Spine as a Finance Intern. On campus, he is also involved in the Michigan Investment Group and serves as President of the Michigan Squash Team. Outside of WCI, he is an avid squash player and enjoys watching the Yankees, the Steelers, and following professional tennis.
Armaan Shah
Vice President of Operations
Armaan is a Sophomore from Secaucus, New Jersey, studying business and data science. This past summer, he interned at Arch Global Advisors as a financial analyst. On campus, Armaan is also part of the Michigan Climbing Club. Outside of WCI, he enjoys lifting, cooking, watching sports, and playing basketball.
Ranai Shah
Vice President of Finance
Ranai is a Sophomore from Carlisle, Massachusetts, studying business and data science. This past summer, he interned at Arbor Lake Capital, working as an Investment Banking intern. On campus, he is also involved in Michigan Investment Group and Michigan PEVC. Outside of WCI, he enjoys watching Formula One, Boston Sports, and playing all genres of music.
Michael Zheng
Vice President of New Membership
Michael is a BBA Junior from Canton, Michigan. He has internship experience in private equity and corporate finance, and in the summer of 2027, he will be joining BMO Capital Markets in New York City. On campus, Michael is also involved with Delta Sigma Pi (DSP), Capital Consulting Group, and the Michigan Women's Soccer Team as a practice player. Outside of WCI, he enjoys playing chess, soccer, and poker.
Nancy Zheng
Vice President of External Relations
Nancy is a BBA Junior from Brooklyn, NY. Last summer, she interned at Merit Capital Advisors, and this past summer she interned at Raymond James in their Healthcare Group in New York City. On campus, she is also involved with MIG, CCG, and CSA. Outside of WCI, she enjoys traveling, poker, and horror movies.
